You must be serving and/or be led by our priority populations (Māori, Pacific peoples, or Middle Eastern/Latin American/African) to be eligible to apply.
You don’t have to be based in our priority locations (Lower Hutt, Ōtaki, Porirua) to be eligible; however your application will be prioritised if you are serving communities in these locations.

General Grants is currently closed until 1 April 2025.
You will hear back from us within 4-8 weeks, depending on how much you have requested. Grants under $20k are processed more quickly – usually within 4 weeks.
