What is the Climate Action Fund, and who is it for?
This fund is being established to support climate action groups for local initiatives that move the Wellington region towards carbon neutrality. Applications are expected be for a total minimum of $100,000, and a maximum of $1 million.
How Can I Apply?
Applications for the fund will follow a 2-step process, beginning with an Expression of Interest (EOI) – a short online application form. These EOI applications will then be shortlisted and some applicants will be asked to submit a more comprehensive application outlining their project(s). Final decisions will be made in late March 2021.
